Kitchen's log. Star date 9 February 2011.
I've spent the past two hours fighting with the peeler, grater and 1.5kgs of tuberosum. I have cuts and burns on my hands, and I'm exhausted. The battle was long and tiring, but I won.
While I may have won the battle, I haven't won the war. I'll have to go in again for round two at some stage...I shudder at the thought.
